Randy Wussick: Vice President- Operations

Randy Wussick serves as Vice President of Operations at Associated Time on Demand, bringing more than 40 years of experience with the organization and deep expertise in Workforce Management software. In his role, Randy oversees the day-to-day operations of client support, system implementation, and technical sales support for the Attendance on Demand platform.

Throughout his tenure, Randy has successfully led the implementation of thousands of client systems, helping organizations streamline workforce processes and improve operational efficiency. His comprehensive knowledge of Workforce Management solutions, combined with decades of hands-on experience, enables him to guide clients through complex challenges with confidence and precision.

Randy understands that every organization is unique. He is known for his ability to think creatively and develop tailored solutions that address each client’s specific operational needs. His commitment to service excellence and long-standing client relationships has been instrumental in the continued success of Associated Time on Demand.

Randy studied Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton, and holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Technology.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys camping and off-roading, embracing opportunities to explore the outdoors and recharge.
